Cancellation Policy

At Servimodul Construction, we strive to provide a seamless and convenient experience for our clients seeking free estimate services. Please find below our policy description: Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their free estimate appointment up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time without incurring any charges. Booking Window: Clients can book their free estimate appointment as early as one week before the desired start time. The latest booking allowed is up to three days before the start time. Appointment Duration: Each free estimate appointment is scheduled for a duration of one hour. Attendance Requirement: It is mandatory for the person who booked the free estimate appointment or a designated delegate to be present during the evaluation. Failure to attend the appointment will result in a $50 charge, which will be invoiced accordingly. We believe these policies ensure efficiency and fairness in our free estimate services while respecting both our clients' and our company's time.
